Hi, I’m Crystal Brooks, though most people call me Bear. As a professional Thai boxer for most of my adult life, I know what it takes to push limits, perform under pressure, and stay focused. I bring that same grit, discipline, and drive to real estate, showing up fully for my clients every time. I strategize, negotiate, and advocate for the best possible outcome. As a licensed REALTOR® with Dwelli, I serve buyers and sellers throughout Coweta and the surrounding counties. As a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, I use data, market knowledge, and proven negotiation strategies to help clients win in competitive markets, whether that’s maximizing exposure on a listing or securing a strong position in a multiple-offer situation. When I’m not negotiating deals, I’m training, doing Muay Thai, hiking, or running with my husband Kevin and our dogs, Beast, Snow Bird, and Oni.
